Vincent L. Boianelli Sr. Vince oversees group insurance (medical, dental, vision and prescription) for corporate and voluntary group employee benefits plans, as well as Pinnacle's mortgage and refinancing, and property and casualty insurance services. He began working as an insurance broker in 1976 in partnership with another broker. He graduated from Millersville State College (now Millersville University) with a bachelor's degree in secondary education.

Ronald Goldberg, CLU. Ron specializes in retirement planning and investment planning, and works with Lee on cases requiring life insurance and long-term care insurance. He and Lee formed the insurance firm of Goldberg Wilderman & Associates in 1975. Ron began his career in the insurance industry in 1970, serving in different capacities for the former Union Fidelity Life Insurance Co. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in pre-law from Penn State and holds the professional designation of Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU).

Lee M. Wilderman. Lee's primary areas of expertise are business planning, including compensation and business continuation plans, estate planning and long-term care insurance. He draws heavily on his expertise in life and disability insurance. He and Ron formed Goldberg Wilderman & Associates in 1975. He started out in the insurance industry in 1970 with the former Phoenix Mutual Life Insurance Co., and was later named to that company's Phoenix Mutual Portrait Hall of Fame in recognition of his sales and service to clients. Lee attended Penn State.
