Pinnacle Wealth & Benefits Strategies, Inc. has established a client support process for our group insurance clients that truly leverages our years of experience in the industry. Our structure enables us to find the best solutions for our clients' needs and to provide excellent ongoing servicing.

Our Client Support Group is organized along the three primary components of our service delivery approach:

Keen Knowledge of the Marketplace. We have built a national network of insurance providers whose products we trust enough to recommend to our clients. By maintaining relationships with a large number of providers, we have the opportunity to research and develop the best possible scenarios when creating plan designs for our clients.

Dedicated, Responsive Servicing. A Pinnacle Group Administrator is assigned to each client to handle the account's everyday activities and coordinate Pinnacle's collaborative efforts to respond to specific client needs. Beyond this highly personal attention from a Group Administrator, we help our clients maximize the investment they've made in their insurance plans by helping their employees understand their benefits and how to use them. We conduct onsite employee meetings to explain a company's new insurance plans and assist in the enrollment process. We continue to provide a high level of support after the implementation.

Plan Retention. Approximately three months prior to the anniversary date of a client's group insurance plan, our Retention staff begins shopping the marketplace for new opportunities and examining alternatives with the current carrier. Again, this helps us to present the best possible options to our clients.
